Terms & Conditions Agreement:
By booking any service with Premier Shine Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Service Agreement
Premier Shine Mobile Detailing agrees to provide professional auto detailing services at the agreed-upon location. All services will be performed to the best of our ability using professional-grade products and techniques.
- Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, card, and digital payments.
- Deposits may be required for larger services (paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.).
- Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
- Premier Shine Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- Vehicle Condition & Disclosure
- Customers must disclose any known issues with the vehicle prior to service.
- Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, tears, etc.) will not be the responsibility of Premier Shine Mobile Detailing.
- We recommend removing all personal belongings before service.
- Satisfaction Policy
- We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Any concerns must be addressed at the time of service completion.
- Once the service is completed and the technician has left, refunds will not be issued.
- Limitations of Service
- Some stains, scratches, or damages may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.
- Results may vary depending on vehicle condition.
- Deep stains, pet hair, smoke odor, or excessive buildup may require additional charges.
- Weather & Mobile Service Conditions
- As a mobile service, we require safe and suitable working conditions.
- Access to space, and in some cases water/electricity, may be required.
- Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
- Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Disclaimer
- Paint correction improves but may not fully eliminate all defects.
- Ceramic coatings provide protection but do not make the vehicle scratch-proof.
- Proper maintenance is required to maintain results.
- Liability
- Premier Shine Mobile Detailing is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Damage caused by worn or fragile materials
- Personal Belongings
- We are not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle.
- Please remove valuables before your appointment.
- Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if the vehicle poses a risk to our equipment or staff.
